Utility System For Cleanroom

Utility System1

Prepare the operating requirements for each utility item, then define the requested K-STONE Engineering connection work. Keep the AILV supply schedule, accessories and site tasks in separate lines.

One Line per Equipment Item

Use one schedule line for each equipment tag: vendor or model reference, medium, required duty, dimensions, quantity and installation location. For a replacement, mark which existing connections and accessories will be reused and which details are still unconfirmed.

Connections and Responsibilities

Mark pipe, power and control interfaces with support and access requirements. List valves, instruments and accessories, and identify who provides and connects them.

Records and Start-Up Scope

Attach the vendor outline and connection drawing to the equipment tag. List the manuals and product records requested with that item, then name any separate connection review or start-up activity requested from K-STONE Engineering.

Chilled Water Return Connection Details

For chilled water return connections, mark the pipe run, valves, insulation, supports and service access against the equipment tag. Include the connection size and available temperature and pressure requirements from the project or vendor records.
