AILV static pass boxes coordinate the transfer opening with the electromagnetic interlock and embedded-door arrangement. Specify the usable working space separately from the outside box dimensions, then match the enclosure to the wall opening and access on each operating side.

Working space and enclosure

Match the item size and handling orientation to the usable transfer space. Set the outside box dimensions, wall opening and access clearance from the selected model drawing.

Doors and interior construction

Specify the plate electromagnetic interlock, embedded doors and integrated arc interior together. Coordinate any listed UV-lamp arrangement with the equipment scope and operating procedure.

Transfer Opening and Box Configuration

Prepare an item list for the transfer route, including the required working space and the opening in the surrounding wall. Keep the chosen model reference with both its working-area and overall dimensions.

AILV reviews the door and interlock arrangement as parts of the selected enclosure. The lamp configuration and the intended cleaning or disinfection procedure need to be agreed for the ordered equipment and its use.

Model and dimension selection

Use the specified BSL-TW model code to identify the corresponding enclosure and working area. Define the item clearance and wall interface from that configuration; keep the exact model reference in the order.

Interior and operating interfaces

The configuration includes an integrated arc working area and a plate electromagnetic interlock. Coordinate the selected door arrangement, interior access and lamp specification with the equipment drawing.
