Engineer the environment with the tool information
K-STONE Engineering develops layouts, HVAC, utilities and electrical services from the actual process and equipment data. Environmental targets, access requirements and monitoring points are considered as a connected operating system.
Construction sequencing and commissioning are planned around the agreed scope. Tool installation responsibilities and room-system checks are recorded so that the handover describes the real facility arrangement.
Coordinate the ceiling and room boundaries
AILV ceiling and wall modules work with air distribution, service penetrations and equipment access. Observation glazing, doors and maintenance openings are placed to support operation without ignoring the surrounding room construction.
Air equipment and filter selections are compared using actual sizes, configuration and documented requirements. The selection includes its installation envelope and maintenance arrangement.
Specify for the particular semiconductor activity
A tool workshop, materials facility, high-purity chemical laboratory and wafer-production space are different projects. Identify the relevant process conditions before assigning environmental or material requirements to the room.
