Panel Processing & Enclosure Details
Panel production brings together facings, core materials and edge construction. Wall and ceiling layouts determine the panel sizes, junctions and openings needed in the finished enclosure.
The product drawing defines the construction for each panel. Thickness, facing finish, joint arrangement and adjoining profiles remain part of the individual product specification.

Openings, Frames & Glazing
Doors and observation windows form the working openings in a cleanroom enclosure. Their fabrication details include leaf and frame dimensions, glazing, hinges, handles and the junction with the surrounding panels.

Metalwork for Working Areas
AILV stainless steel products include washing fixtures, storage furniture, work surfaces and other cleanroom metalwork. Product drawings define the size, arrangement and intended function.
Material grades, finishes and fittings are specified for the individual product and application.

Product Checks & Protective Packing
Before dispatch, finished components are checked against the order drawings and specified dimensions. Packing protects exposed surfaces and edges during handling.
Panel packs, door assemblies and metalwork need different supports and protection. Item identification links each packed component to its place in the installation.
