AILV / Cleanroom Panels
Openings and edge closure are central to an AILV double magnesium and paper honeycomb panel layout. Keep the complete layered section linked to the panel reference throughout the room schedule.
Draw the panel around room openings
Locate doors, windows and service penetrations before finalising the panel quantities. Review the boundary at each cut with the selected facing, paper honeycomb core and magnesium layer arrangement shown on the current section drawing.
Coordinate the joint and finish
Use that section to compare perimeter trims, panel joints and adjacent frame connections. The material list should retain the original construction and dimensions while identifying the items required to complete the planned enclosure.

AILV / PANEL
Double-magnesium paper-honeycomb panels use two magnesium layers around the specified paper-core construction. The complete layer build-up is the relevant enclosure component.
