AILV double magnesium and aluminum honeycomb panels bring the steel facing, magnesium layers and honeycomb core into one ordered section. Identify the layer positions and opening details when preparing the panel layout.

The separate honeycomb material is shown here before it is enclosed by the panel layers. Specify the color-coated steel faces and each magnesium-board position on the fabrication drawing.

The board shown here represents the magnesium component of this layered panel. Record both board positions, panel edges and the selected connection beside openings and adjoining frames.

The AILV double magnesium and aluminum honeycomb panel combines color-coated steel faces, a magnesium board on each side and an aluminum honeycomb center. Keep this layer sequence on the fabrication section.
The existing specification lists a 50 mm panel, two 5 mm magnesium boards and aluminum honeycomb with a 21 mm aperture. Compare the selected facing thickness and connection against the panel schedule.
Mark door and window openings, panel ends and junctions on the layout. Identify where central aluminum connections or male-and-female socket joints meet the surrounding trims and frames.
Use the specified module widths and facing options as the order reference. Confirm non-standard dimensions and any required test documentation for the selected assembly before purchase.
