Coordinate the Complete Room Envelope
A modular cleanroom enclosure brings walls, ceilings, doors, windows and connection components into a project-defined package. AILV material supply is coordinated around approved layouts, opening schedules and assembly details, with K-STONE engineering support agreed separately.
Discuss Your Enclosure Package
What Makes This a System Package?
The package starts with the room layout and connects each enclosure item to a drawing or schedule. Panel runs, ceiling modules, doors, glazing, perimeter profiles and junction components are reviewed together so the quotation identifies the room envelope.
How Are Materials Selected?
Choose panel construction and facing around the room use, cleaning routine and specified assembly requirements. Confirm thickness, edges, openings and ceiling supports with the selected products. Use the panel catalogue to review individual model details.
How Does Engineering Fit?
K-STONE can discuss layout coordination, installation and handover within an agreed project scope. Record the boundaries between enclosure work, HVAC, utilities, electrical services and monitoring before procurement, including who supplies and closes each penetration.
Build a Comparable Enclosure RFQ
Request a drawing-linked bill of materials rather than a panel-area price alone. List quantities, accessories and responsibilities so the package can be checked before manufacture.
| Package Item | What to Confirm |
|---|---|
| Layout and Drawings | Room dimensions, elevations, ceiling arrangement, equipment routes and drawing approval responsibilities. |
| Walls and Ceilings | Panel model, facing, thickness, joint details, supports, cut pieces and identifiable quantities. |
| Doors and Connections | Opening schedule, windows, profiles, corners, seals, fixings and service interface details. |
| Delivery Package | Bill of materials, identification, packing, installation instructions and agreed handover documents. |
Modular Cleanroom FAQs
What Does Modular Mean for This Enclosure?
Modular describes a coordinated arrangement of repeatable enclosure components. Panel dimensions, joints, fixing details and installation sequence are selected for the project; the term does not identify one universal connection system.
Can the Enclosure Be Relocated Later?
Review that requirement before ordering. Relocation depends on panel edges, fixings, seals, service penetrations and the condition of recovered components. Agree the dismantling method and replacement items in advance.
Can We Buy Materials Without Installation?
Yes. AILV material supply and any K-STONE site support are quoted as defined scopes. Identify the local installer, drawing responsibilities, site tools and handover requirements when requesting a proposal.
How Is the Package Priced?
A useful quotation needs dimensions, quantities, openings, selected materials and the delivery location. Engineering, installation, equipment and documentation requirements should be listed separately so suppliers price the same scope.
